Micklegate Singers, York
The Micklegate Singers are an amateur choir in York, made up of around 30–40 mixed voices. We perform at least three concerts a year at venues in or around York and rehearse weekly. We also sing at many smaller events each year in the York area. If you are interested in joining, or would like any more information about our concerts, please get in touch.
Our next concert is Of a rose is all my song at 8pm on Saturday 27th November 2010 in the Unitarian Chapel on St. Saviourgate. For more information, please see our Concerts Page. Tickets are available on the door, or in advance through the Minster Box Office (01904 557208).

Founded in 1963, we have established a high reputation for our commitment to contemporary music and lesser-known older works. We have won nine Performing Right Society Choral Enterprise Awards, presented in conjunction with the National Federation of Music Societies (Making Music).
The Micklegate Singers are affiliated to Making Music, which represents and supports amateur music societies throughout the UK.
